The Technologist
I come from the world of technical systems and understand both IT and OT. I started in classical IT, then moved deep into automation, process visualisation and complex plant systems. I know where the fault lines between OT and IT appear.
The Communicator
Over many years I have worked with people across all levels and roles. I've learned how quickly misunderstandings arise and how decisive clarity can be. I listen, ask questions and get conversations moving again — even when the assessment is uncomfortable.
The Person
I'm married with three children, and I know from my own life how different perspectives can be — and how important it is to keep talking. My Christian faith gives me orientation. I love being outdoors, I photograph, and I work with film, field recordings and electronic music.
